Refund policy


CIRCLE OF LUXES – NO RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

 

1. Purpose

This policy governs all transactions with Circle of Luxes (“we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing, consigning, or placing a deposit, you (“the client” or “consignor”) agree to these terms.

All transactions comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of luxury resale and consignment, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an item has been purchased, deposited, or collected.

This policy applies to both in-store and online transactions.

Each item is carefully described, photographed, and represented to the best of our ability.

We encourage all clients to review item details thoroughly or contact us for additional photos and information before confirming purchase.

 

3. Authenticity Guarantee

Every product sold by Circle of Luxes is 100% authentic.

All pieces are verified by our trusted authentication partners, including Entrupy and other certified specialists.

We stand by our authenticity guarantee.

Refund claims will only be considered if supported by written proof from a mutually recognised independent authenticator.

 

4. Deposits & Lay-By Purchases

A 20% deposit is strictly non-refundable.

This deposit secures your item and covers administrative and handling costs.


If a lay-by or payment plan is cancelled or not completed, the 20% deposit will be forfeited.

Any balance paid beyond the deposit may be refunded at our discretion, less applicable fees.


5. Consignment Items

All consignment pieces are final sale.

These items are sold on behalf of private owners, and Circle of Luxes acts solely as an agent.

Once payment is processed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds can be accepted.

6.Authentication & Service Fees

Where applicable, authentication or service fees will apply for consignment and verification services.

If a consigned item is withdrawn or returned, any authentication or return shipping fees must be settled prior to release.

7. Shipping Policy

Circle of Luxes does not accept return shipments unless a legal remedy has been authorised.

If a return is approved, the customer must:

  • Return the item in its original packaging;
  • Use insured express post with signature on delivery; and
  • Cover all return shipping and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 


9. Legal Compliance

 

This policy complies with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Nothing in this document limits your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law.

All transactions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
