HOW TO CONSIGN WITH US 

Step 1: Contact us with details and clear photos of your item for a complimentary quote.

Step 2: Once approved, complete our short consignment form and post or drop off your item to our boutique.

Step 3:  Sit back and relax ,we’ll handle the authentication, photography, marketing, and sale. You’ll be notified once your item is sold and payment is ready.

CONSIGNMENT PERIOD & EARLY RETURN 

We kindly ask all clients to allow a minimum twelve weeks consignment period.

During this time, your item will be fully authenticated, professionally photographed, and promoted across our online and in-store platforms.

If you choose to withdraw your item before the end of the twelve weeks period, a full commission fee will apply as this covers our time, photography, and marketing expenses.

After the twelve  weeks, unsold items may be collected free of charge

Please note: if an item has incurred any authentication or return shipping costs, these charges will be deducted or payable prior to return.

AUTHENCITY & PRESENTATION 

Every item consigned with CIRCLE OF LUXES  is verified through our trusted authentication partners(including Entrupy) for complete peace of mind.

We may request additional photos or details to ensure accuracy and transparency for our buyers.

SHIPPING & INSURANCE 

Clients are welcome to ship or personally deliver their items to our boutique.

We recommend sending via insured express post with signature on delivery for your protection.

Return shipping of any unsold or withdrawn items is at the consignor’s expense unless otherwise agreed.

WHAT WE ACCEPT 

We proudly accept authentic luxury handbags, accessories, small leather goods, jewellery, and selected ready-to-wear pieces from our approved designer list, including Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, Cartier, and more.

We assess all items based on:

• Condition: Must be in excellent or great pre-loved condition

• Wear & Tear: No water damage, significant scratches, or discoloration

• Pen Marks: Noticeable marks may result in rejection

• Missing Embellishments: Items with missing elements may not be accepted

• Shoes/Clothing: Only accepted in unused or new condition with original tag or label

Please note that vintage items are accepted selectively and subject to final approval.

COMMISSION & PAYMENT 

Items weighing over 3kg or exceeding 40cm in any dimension incur a $200 handling fee.

Our commission rate is based on the final sale value of your item.

Once your item sells, payment will be processed via bank transfer within 7 business days after delivered .
