All items are carefully authenticated and professionally presented to buyers.

How Consignment Works

 

Step 1 - Get an Estimate:

Complete our online consignment form, including details about your item (brand, style, year, condition, and accessories). If you have price expectations, let us know.

We will respond within 2–3 business days with an estimated listing price.

Step 2 - Send Your Item:

Once you approve, we’ll send you a consignment contract. You can drop off your item at our store or ship it securely to us. All items are authenticated and prepared for listing within 3 -5 business days.

Step 3 - We list & Sell

Your item is photographed, marketed, and sold through our channels to a global audience of luxury buyers.

           Step 4 – Get Paid

Once your item sells and is delivered to the buyer, we process your payout. Payments are made to your nominated bank account within 7 business days of the completed sale.

CONSIGNMENT RATE:

• Items under $2,000: Flat $280 + $30

• $2,001 – $12,000: 15% + $30

• Above $12,000: 12% + $150

Consignor payouts are calculated as: Sale Price – Commission – Fees (if applicable).

Circle Of Luxes will not change listing prices without the consignor’s agreement.

- Consignment Period:

Circle Of Luxes requires a minimum of 12 weeks to sell the item exclusively. Early termination will incur the full amount of the consignment commission charge. At the end of the 6-week consignment period, you may continue to leave them under consignment or choose to take them back at any time free of charge. However, you will need to cover the third-party authentication services fee and return shipping cost (if any). Items will be checked and authenticated before listing and must be in the possession of Circle Of Luxes during the consignment period.

• Minimum period: 12 weeks (exclusive).

• If you choose to terminate early, the full commission fee will apply.

• At the end of 12 weeks, you may:

• Continue consignment, or

• Collect your item (authentication and return shipping costs may apply).

• All items must remain in our possession during consignment.

Payment & Security

• Payments are made by bank transfer (or PayID if nominated) to the details you provide in your signed consignment contract.

• Please ensure your account details are correct. Circle Of Luxes is not liable for lost funds due to incorrect information provided by consignors.

• Each payout is final once funds are received in your account.
