We specialize in selling store-fresh luxury bags, so we prefer to purchase never-worn, pristine bags outright. However, we also accept recently produced and vintage pre-owned bags in excellent to like-new condition. Additionally, we specialize in jewelry and accessories, and purchase both new and vintage pieces.

To get a consignment or buyout quote, simply fill out the form on our website. You can choose to consign or opt for a buyout and either drop off or ship your item to us. Rest assured, your item will be authenticated and processed within 3 business days.

If you choose the buyout option, you will get paid immediately. If you opt for consignment, you will receive payment when your item is sold.

How We Determine the Price We Offer:

When you contact us to sell your designer bag or jewelry, we ask for as many details as possible, including condition, year of production, accompaniments, and photographs. We also consider your price expectations to ensure we are in sync.

The cash payment price we offer is based on factors such as the style's popularity, the item's condition, age, estimated time to sell, and prices of comparable pieces on the market. While purchase prices are negotiated on an item-by-item basis, we typically pay between 75 % and 85% of our estimate of the item's selling price.

Sale vs. Consignment:

While we prefer outright purchase, there are certain items we prefer to take on consignment, such as classic style,natural Colour ,and pre-owned bags.

Consigned bags are handled and marketed the same way as owned bags, and the time to sale is typically the same. Consignment may offer a greater payout, making it a preferable option for those looking to maximize their return.

How to Consign or Sell with Circle Of Luxes:

Whether you're selling a store-fresh Hermès or Chanel bag or consigning a wallet, piece of jewelry, or pre-owned bag, our procedure is the same:

Step 1 - Get an Estimate:

Complete our selling form, providing details about the designer bag or item you're selling, including brand, type, year of production, condition, and any accompaniments. If you have price expectations, please include them. We will contact you within 2-3 days with an estimate.

Step 2 - Send Item:

After our agreement in step 1, we will send you a contract and you can send the items to our head office. Please ensure that all boxes and their contents are securely packed to reduce the risk of damage.

Step 3 - Get Paid if you sell direct to us:

When we receive your item/s, we will inspect it to ensure it matches the description and is authentic. If necessary, we will refine our estimate and contact you with the final price. Once we agree, you will typically be paid within 2 business days.

If you prefer to consign your luxury bags or items instead of selling them outright, please indicate that when submitting your request for an estimate. We will be happy to provide an estimated quote for the consignment option.

CONSIGNMENT RATE:

• Less than $2000: $280 +$30
• $2001-$12000: 15% +30
• Above $12000: $12% +$150

All prices above are listing prices. Consignor receiving prices are calculated based on the rates above. Circle Of Luxes will not alter listing prices unless requested or agreed to by the consignor. In the event of a price drop request by the consignor, the commission fee will be calculated according to the agreed Rates and Fees based on the Sold Price.

- Payment:

Payment to the consignor will be made 7 days after the item has been sold and delivered. Notification will be sent once payment is processed. Please allow 24 hours for payments to reflect in the nominated bank account. The bank account must be provided to Circle Of Luxes when the Consignment Contract is signed. Please make sure all numbers are correct. Circle Of Luxes is not liable for lost funds if the consignor has provided incorrect account details.

- Consignment Period:

Circle Of Luxes requires a minimum of 6 weeks to sell the item exclusively. Early termination will incur the full amount of the consignment commission charge. At the end of the 6-week consignment period, you may continue to leave them under consignment or choose to take them back at any time free of charge. However, you will need to cover the third-party authentication services fee and return shipping cost (if any). Items will be checked and authenticated before listing and must be in the possession of Circle Of Luxes during the consignment period.
